Remember when Justin Bieber posted a lengthy, yet romantic poem for his wife, Hailey Baldwin, on Instagram? Well, it seems that the model is returning the favor because she just posted the sweetest thing about her hubby as well.
Along with a pic of Justin looking the happiest and healthiest he’s looked in a while, the 22-year-old gushed all about what an incredible husband he is. And yes, our hearts are literally melting as we type this.
“my love,” she wrote. “you are an incredible man, you make me a better human being, you make me happier than I’ve ever been. Insanely proud of who you are and who you’re becoming.. I love you more every single day.” Aww!
NGL, this sweet tribute to the “Sorry” singer was a lot easier to stomach than the poem he wrote for her on April 8. Sure, it was adorable, but it was also so mushy that it was almost — how do we put this nicely? — gross?
To refresh your memory, the poem went a little something like this:
Sunlight falls into the Abyss
Just like i fall into your lips
Waves crash onto the shore
My love for you grows more and more
Sound of the crickets a true meditation
I think about you, Gods greatest creation.
That’s not all, though! The poem went on for much longer than that, with Justin referring to Hailey as his “soulmate” and comparing their relationship to a romance movie. Fortunately, he closed out the poem with some beautiful words about his wife, reminding us all why we’re so obsessed with this adorable couple.
“I fall more in love with you every day!” he wrote. “You have walked hand and hand with me as I continue to get my emotions, mind, body and soul in tact! You have given me so much strength, support, encouragement and joy. I just wanted to publicly honor you, and remind you that the best is yet to come! Have a great shoot today my love!”
Honestly, reading their sweet tributes to one another really warms our hearts — especially because they themselves have admitted in the past that marriage has been harder than they thought it would be.
The blonde beauty told Vogue in February, “The thing is, marriage is very hard. That is the sentence you should lead with. It’s really effing hard.”
Well, we’re so glad to see they’re navigating married life together and sticking by one another. It’s just one of the many reasons we love the newlyweds, and we can’t wait to see what the future has in store for them.
