Ever since Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra announced their engagement back in August, we have all been patiently waiting for the big day. And now, it’s almost upon us! The wedding is only a few days away and the couple have finally arrived in India where it will take place — let the festivities begin.
Priyanka, 36, headed to India first, where her fiancé met up with her just in time for Thanksgiving. On Thursday, Nov. 22, the bride-to-be shared a sweet photo of her cuddling up to her beau, marking his arrival to her hometown of Delhi, India and the beginning of the wedding celebrations.
“Welcome home baby,” the actress captioned the romantic snap. Can these two get any cuter?
Nick certainly had a long way to travel, since the flight from New York to Delhi is almost 14 hours long! On Wednesday, he documented the start of his long journey, which he shared to his Instagram account. “See you later NYC…,” he captioned a boomerang of himself as he gazed out the window of a plane overlooking the New York City skyline.
The couple spent Thanksgiving with Priyanka’s family, before heading to Mumbai, India on Sunday night. Both stars shared a glimpse of the enormous feast on their Instagram accounts, which had almost 30 people and looked super romantic. “What a beautiful Thanksgiving. Hope you all had the best day with your loved ones,” the 26-year-old captioned the picture.
The “Jealous” singer’s brother, Joe, has also made his way to India with his fiancé, Sophie Turner. The couple were pictured arriving at Mumbai airport on Monday evening. We wonder when Kevin will make the journey and if he’ll be bringing his daughters, Alena, 4, and Valentina, 2.
According to reports, the couple are going to wed on Dec. 1, 2018, and will have the wedding festivities in a gorgeous palace that used to be home to the Indian Royal family. A source told The Sun that “Nick will wear ivory and Priyanka will be in red,” for the big day. They also added that “there are several events leading up to the wedding, including a Christian ceremony, which will all be in India.”
We seriously cannot wait to see how gorgeous Priyanka looks in her dress and how swoon-worthy Nick looks in his tux. T-minus four days, people!
