If you're like us, then you're still listening to Red on constant repeat. It's just so good! But eight months after its release, Taylor Swift says that she's already focusing on her next album.
Can you believe it?
"It's starting," she explained to USA Today. "All the anxiety is starting. When the anxiety starts, the writing happens right after, usually."
Don't get too excited just yet. It usually takes Taylor a really long time to finish an entire album — like about two years!
"Whatever I write in the first year is going to get thrown away," she explained. "I'm going to like it, but it's going to sound like the last record. The second year usually sounds like the next project."
"Making each album sound different from the previous one is important," Taylor continued. "I think you need to change up your influences. I think you need to be inspired by different things than you were inspired by before."
Do you think Taylor will be able to top Red? Sound off in the comments!
