Get ready Beliebers, because Justin Bieber‘s new album is coming! It was recently reported that the singer is not only gearing up to drop his fifth studio album, but preparing for an upcoming tour, too.
“A new album will be released very soon. Hopefully in time for the holidays,” a source told People. “Justin is also preparing for a tour next year. He is in intense dance rehearsal.”
The source also revealed that is “super excited” about all the new music he’s been working on and wife, Hailey Baldwin, “is, of course, supportive and plans on touring with Justin. It’s all very exciting.”
“He can’t wait to share it all with fans,” they added.
This exciting news came just after the 25-year-old took to his Instagram on October 27, and told fans that in order to hear new music, his announcement post must get at least 20 million likes. Despite not having reached 20 million likes just yet — the post has just over 11 million likes — it seems like he might still be dropping something just before Christmas.
As fans know, this upcoming album would be the first that Justin released in four years. His last album, Purpose, dropped back in 2015 and instantly became a fan-favorite. There’s no doubt that the “Baby” singer has a whole new sound up his sleeve with these new songs, and it’s only a matter of time before one hits the airwaves.
New music isn’t Justin’s only new project. On Tuesday, November 12, the singer announced via Instagram that he would be heading to the big screen. Yep, that’s right, Justin is starring in the upcoming classical Greek mythology-inspired animated movie called Cupid. According to Deadline, the “Love Yourself” crooner’s character is “charismatic but headstrong” — which is no surprise considering he’s set to play the offspring of Venus, the goddess of love, and Mars, the war deity.
