Ever since Victorious ended in February 2013, viewers have been longing for a comeback. Well, fans might want to brace themselves because almost seven years after the Nickelodeon series aired its final episode, Liz Gillies just spilled all the tea on a possible reboot — and she and the rest of the cast are totally down.

“That’s something that I always said I would clear my schedule for. No matter how much work I’m doing, or how inconvenient it would be to get it together, that’s something I feel like is really important, and we all believe that,” the actress told Zach Sang during a recent interview, when he asked her if she’d reprise her role as Jade West.

The brunette beauty even had some interesting ideas of her own for the reboot! She suggested that Nickelodeon make a Victorious movie, rather than revamping the original show.

“I think that would be amazing. I want to do it, I really want to do it. We all want to do it,” the 26-year-old continued. “I can’t see why anyone would say no. Everyone’s down, and if they’re not, they suck. If you’re the one person in the cast who’s like, ‘I don’t want to do the thing,’ f**k you.”

As fans know, the iconic show also starred Victoria Justice, Ariana Grande, Leon Thomas, Matt Bennett, Avan Jogia, Daniella Monet and more. It premiered in March 2010 and went on for four seasons, and when it concluded, it was truly the end of an era.

Liz also shared her thoughts on a reboot of the show with an entirely different cast — just like Disney’s new High School Musical spinoff series.

“Well, it’s like one of those things where if they used the same kind of sets, and they got the same [creators] to do it, then I’d like it,” she explained. “If they’re getting all new people to do it, and they’re just using that name, and they’re kind of just completely re-branding it, okay. If it’s good, it’s good. That’s all I’m going to say. If it’s done poorly, then I’ll say, ‘I told you so,’ and if it’s done well then I’ll be like, ‘Wow, hats off!’”

This seriously needs to happen, like, now!
