When it comes to winter weather, everyone has different traditions. Some people build snowmen, others go sledding, and some go on naked snow runs. Wait, what?
You heard that correctly, folks. Ethan and Grayson Dolan apparently run naked through the snow every year, and since January 30 was pretty much the first day that their New Jersey hometown has seen snow this winter, it was go time. Ethan even announced it to their fans via Twitter, and NGL, we’re still laughing about it.
The 19-year-old YouTube star tweeted, “Oh s–t annual naked snow run time,” which is how we all knew things were about to get real interesting.
At first, us and, well, everyone else thought this might have been a joke, but as it turns out, the brothers were completely serious. How do we know? Because Grayson took to his Instagram Stories to share a video of himself shirtless with snowflakes pelting him in the face. LOL.
Of course, we were shooketh by the boys’ bravery — especially since it’s absolutely freezing outside. Turns out, we weren’t the only ones surprised that the famous twins actually did it.
One fan tweeted, “The dolan twins did the naked snow run during the snow blizzard oh my god,” with another person hilariously adding, “Imagine if you were the Dolan twins neighbors and you seen them run past naked.”
Most importantly, though, one diehard Dolan fan said what we were all thinking by tweeting, “Anyone else really hoping they film the annual naked snow run and post it.”
Even though it’s unclear just how naked they were for the snow run, we’d at least love to see a PG version of them freezing their butts off. After everything they’ve gone through the past couple of weeks with the death of their father, we have to admit it would be nice to see the boys smiling and having a good time again. Here’s to hoping!
