Prepare yourselves for what can possibly be one of the best collaborations, like, EVER. Why? Because Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran just confirmed that they’re working together on something pretty special, and we can’t handle the suspense!
That’s right, you guys! JB and Ed just took to Instagram on April 30 to lay the rumors to rest and confirm that collab is in the works, which is something fans have been speculating for a few days now. And do you want to know the best part? It seems like it’s coming in just 10 days. Say whaaat?!
Yup! The “Sorry” crooner uploaded this side-by-side photo to his feed, which he simply captioned, “10.” Hmm…
The 25-year-old wasn’t the only one to confirm the rumors, though! The “Shape of You” singer shared a hilarious Photoshop edit on his own Instagram, and guys — we’re cracking up.
“10. Photoshop spoon,” he wrote. LOL.
Even though they’ve finally confirmed it, we’ve actually been getting hints for several weeks now. For example, remember on April 17 when Hailey Baldwin shared that same adorable pic of her hubby with absolutely no context? Well, allow us to refresh your memory.
At first glance, it just seemed like a sweet tribute to her husband — perhaps in response to the mushy poem he posted about her on Instagram on April 8.
“my love,” she wrote. “you are an incredible man, you make me a better human being, you make me happier than I’ve ever been. Insanely proud of who you are and who you’re becoming.. I love you more every single day.” Sweet, right?
Justin’s manager, Scooter Braun, also posted that same photo on April 17, which he captioned, “This guy! Something is happening. Love it.”
OK, then things got weird. The 28-year-old’s manager, Stuart Camp, took to Instagram to share a near exact replica of that pic of JB — except this time, it was Ed who was in it.
“This guy! Something is happening,” Stuart wrote.
Of course, we’ve been totally freaking out over the possibility of the collab ever since fans started putting the clues together. But now that the guys have confirmed it themselves, May 10 seriously can’t come soon enough. We’re SO ready!
