The internet went wild yesterday after Kendall Jenner shared a mysterious love letter that she received, and blocked out the name of the sender. It quickly started a major debate after some fans thought that her ex, Harry Styles, might have written it. But it turns out, the “Sign Of The Times” singer wasn’t confessing his true feelings for the model after all, sorry Hendall shippers! Kendall cleared up the rumors once and for all when she took to Instagram Stories to reveal who did in fact send her the letter — and it’s not who you’d expect.
Turns out, two photographers named Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, who have worked closely with the 23-year-old for years, were the ones behind the intimate love note! Kendall reposted the letter, this time with the name of the sender showing, and it read “M + M.”
“Nice try,” she wrote. “My secret admirer’s actually @mertalas & @macpiggott.”
Even though it wasn’t from a love interest after all, the letter was still super sweet. “Dear Kendall, We may be miles apart but my love for you grows stronger & stronger by the minute,” it read. “My innermost feeling is of pure love for you. I will love you until death separates us. Right now this separation is killing me, but in my heart I know that nothing would come close to separating us. We are united into one forever, body & soul and I want you to know that I love you from the deepest part of my heart.”
As J-14 readers know, some fans thought that Harry might have written it since his handwriting was very similar to the handwriting in the note.
The model dated Harry, 24, briefly in 2014, and since then, it’s unclear what their status is. But what we do know is that over the years, they’ve been caught hanging out every once and a while, and it always sends fans into a frenzy. Well, at least the mystery of Kendall’s love letter has been solved!
