Get ready, you guys, because the trailer for the upcoming Netflix flick, Tall Girl, is finally here! Yep, the network dropped the first official preview for the highly anticipated movie on Wednesday, August 29, and boy, does it look like it’s going to be good!
As fans know, the movie stars Sabrina Carpenter, Paris Berelc, Griffin Gluck, Ava Michelle, Luke Eisner, Anjelika Washington, Clara Wilsey and more. But what’s it about, you ask? Well, it follows a 6-foot-1 girl (that’s Ava!) who’s constantly been bullied for her enormous height. But when a super tall exchange student enrolls at her school (played by Luke), he helps her learn how to embrace her differences! Based off the trailer, it also looks like she’s going to totally fall for the new guy, but things get complicated when one of her best friends (that’s Griffin!) reveals that he’s in love with her. Sabrina will star as Ava’s sister, Harper, and Paris will play Liz, the best friend of Jodi’s nemesis (that’s Clara). Wow, with a cast and plot that amazing, we know this movie is going to be epic.
As fans know, Sabrina and Paris both had their start on Disney — Sabrina starred in Girl Meets World while Paris appeared in Lab Rats and Mighty Med — so seeing them come together for this flick is truly iconic. The movie will hit screens on September 13, 2019, and we seriously cannot wait to see what goes down!
And get this, you guys — they filmed the movie back in January, and lucky for us, the ladies shared a ton of photos from on set.
