Get ready to see Sabrina Carpenter, Jordan Fisher, Liza Koshy and more in a brand new dance flick! The Netflix original movie Work It is set to start filming this week in Toronto, Canada — and we couldn’t be more excited.

The movie follows the journey of a girl named Quinn Ackerman (played by Sabrina), whose college admission depends on her performance at a big dance competition. The only problem is — she has to learn how to dance! So she forms a dance crew of misfits to take on the best crew in school.

Best part? The 20-year-old Girl Meets World actress is the executive producer. Yep, that’s right. Sabrina took to social media to share the exciting new project with fans!

As for the Liza, the YouTuber took to Instagram to show off her “audition tapes.” Turns out, the 23-year-old influencer has posted tons of video of herself dancing — and it ended up landing her a movie role!

This isn’t the star’s first experience with acting though. She starred as Violet Adams in the Hulu series Freakish from 2016 to 2017.

Jordan is no stranger to dancing professionally. The 25-year-old Liv and Maddie alum has starred in musicals like Teen Beach Movie, Teen Beach 2, Grease Live!, Rent: Live and Hamilton on Broadway! He’s also already a part of the Netflix fam, as he is starring in the upcoming sequel of To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before.

Also appearing in Work It are Keiynan Lonsdale (The Flash), Drew Ray Tanner (Riverdale), Michelle Buteau (Always Be My Maybe) and more! The movie is written by Alison Peck and directed by Laura Terruso with choreography by Aakomon Jones.

It’s been reported that the film will also have a comedy aspect to it — which comes by no surprise considering Liza is one of the funniest YouTubers there is (if we do say so ourselves). We can’t wait to see what’s in store!
