Aside from adoring fans, one other thing celebrities have to deal with is the haters. Just as there are those who love them, there are those who aren’t their biggest fans, and no one is an exception. Not even everyone’s favorite Irish heartthrob, Niall Horan. The musician has definitely dealt with his fair share of negativity as a solo artist and as part of One Direction, and he knows exactly how to deal with the unwanted comments.
In a previous interview, the “Slow Hands” crooner revealed that there’s only one way to deal with the constant negativity that’s broadcast on social media. Nialler’s secret? Ignore everything and don’t deal with it.
He explained, “I get it. Back in the day it used to be that you’d read stuff and be like, ‘Aw, is that what they think of me?’ But the way the world turns is you can do no right, so I’ve just gone past the point of caring. Apparently, all these people who are writing to you are perfect, so they have every right to say that to you. So they can go f— themselves.”
There fans have it. The “Too Much to Ask” singer doesn’t care what anyone has to say about his performances or outfits, though he does know that his style from back in the day wasn’t exactly the best. Nialler previously admitted that he definitely hated the way he dressed during the early day of 1D, and even called himself the worst dressed member of the group.
Since those days, both Niall and his style have come a long way. After all, he signed a modeling contract earlier this year. Though if you were to ask us, his style was never terrible. It just evolved and matured, just like he’s been doing for the past couple of years.
