'The Ellen Degeneres Show' Kids: Sophia Grace, Noah Ritter, More

Sophia Grace & Rosie

Out of everyone who’s ever been on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Sophia Grace and Rosie were by far the most excited to be there. Not only did they get to perform Nicki Minaj’s hit song for an audience of millions worldwide, but they also got to meet the rapper live and in person!

That one short segment kickstarted the girls’ many appearances on the show, and it seemed like every other week Ellen was sending them on fun adventures. For instance, they got to hit up many red carpet events and interview a slew of A-list celebs. They even starred alongside one another in Sophia Grace & Rosie’s Royal Adventure and released several children’s books.

Since then, however, both Sophia Grace and Rosie have grown up a lot. Both of them have launched music careers, and Sophia Grace was actually nominated for a Shorty Award in the Best YouTube Musician category this year. How cool!

Noah Ritter

Remember “Apparently Kid?” Well, in case you forgot, his name is Noah Ritter, and we’re still just as obsessed with him now as we were back when he was on The Ellen DeGeneres Show for the first time. Noah was brought onto the show after he was interviewed at a fair by a local news reporter and the footage went viral.

After seeing how much audiences loved him, Ellen gave Noah a regular segment on her show called “The Noah Ritter Show.” He even got to interview huge celebs, such as Sofia Vergara and Chris Pratt.

But wait, there’s more. Noah was later hired as a judge on ABC’s The Toy Box, which was essentially like Shark Tank, but for toys.

So what’s he up to now? Well, we’re not so sure. Noah hasn’t been active on social media in a while, so hopefully he’s busy doing schoolwork and hanging out with Grandpa Jack.

Brielle

OK, there’s no sugarcoating this: Brielle is a legitimate genius. The little girl was just three years old when she first appeared on Ellen, but despite being so young and having an adorable little speaking voice, she could identify every bone in the human body and name every element on the periodic table.

Nowadays, Brielle is seven years old keeps her fans informed with interesting science facts on her Instagram. And yes, she’s still smarter than the average adult.

Macey Hensley

Macey appeared on Ellen for the first time at just five years old, and her detailed knowledge of U.S. presidents was nothing short of impressive. During her many appearances on the show, she got to visit the White House, play presidential trivia with Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda and she even got to meet former president Barack Obama.

These days, Macey still appears on the show every now and then, and she still plans on running for president when she gets older. We can’t wait!

Nate Seltzer

At just four years old, Nate made his first appearance on the show and came prepared with a world map that he drew with magic marker. Nate’s knowledge of the world map was extremely impressive, and he also proved that he could identify each country’s flag. Woah.

Currently, Nate still appears as a guest from time to time, and it’s safe to say he’s only getting more knowledgable about geography — if that’s even possible.

Kai Langer

While Kai might not be the most musically talented kid Ellen’s had on her show, he was by far one of the most entertaining. Each time he appeared, he would sing a different song, and while it wasn’t always good, it was certainly always passionate.

Watching Kai passionately sing to some of our favorite pop hits brought us so much joy, and although he hasn’t been on the show lately, his Instagram proves that he’s growing up fast. He’s currently in the fourth grade, and if his social media is any indication, he’s been doing some modeling. So cute!

Tayt Andersen

Tayt’s story was one of the most tear-jerking stories on her show ever. Tayt was born with only half a heart, and when he was in the hospital, he would stay encouraged by repeating Dory’s line in Finding Nemo, “Just keep swimming.”

Since Ellen voiced the character of Dory, she just had to meet him herself. Plus, Tayt even referred to the talk show host as his “girlfriend.” In 2016, we all got to watch as Tayt announced the exciting news that he was getting a heart transplant, and it seriously brought tears to our eyes.

These days, Tayt’s still battling through health complications, which is documented by his mom on his Instagram. In a recent post, it was revealed that he has CMV virus and RSV virus, as well as a leaking heart valve. We’re thinking of you Tayt, and we’re wishing you a speedy recovery.

Heaven King

OK, so this is kind of crazy. You might remember Heaven from a viral video she did with her mom when she was just two years old. The duo did some complicated choreography to a Beyoncé song and captured the attention of people all over the world — including Ellen.

After appearing on the show and doing their routine live, Beyoncé provided them with VIP passes to her show. Iconic, right? The fun didn’t end there, though. Heaven and her mom were later featured in ad campaigns for big companies, such as Gymboree and Cheerios. Plus, she’s amassed an enormous Instagram following, which definitely doesn’t hurt.

Balang

Although the Philippines-born Zumba dancer doesn’t speak much English, Ellen’s audience quickly took a liking to him. His high energy and epic dance moves really got the audience pumped up, and now that it’s been a couple year since he’s appeared on the show, we can’t help but wonder what he’s up to now.

There’s not a ton of info regarding Balang’s whereabouts recenty. However, his Facebook page suggests that he’s now teaching Zumba. What an accomplishment!

Zony & Yony

Back in 2014, Taiwanese twins Zony and Yony appeared on the talk show to dance to K-pop songs. Actually, they might be singlehandedly responsible for the wave of K-pop success in the United States ever since then. LOL.

These days, the duo are still spending lots of time together, and they actually achieved YouTube fame! We’re so glad to see that they’re still working hard, and as we suspected, they’re just as adorable as we remember.
