Get ready to bring on all the feels, you guys, because Kevin Jonas‘ daughter Alena Rose Jonas just made the most epic Camp Rock reference ever, and she didn’t even realize it!
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, March 3, the Jonas Brothers member shared a sweet video of him and the 6-year-old on their way home from school. In the clip, he asked his daughter to show the camera what she had made. It turns out, Alena created her very own birdhouse, which as fans know, is what Kevin’s character in Camp Rock wanted to make!
“She don’t even know #birdhouse,” he captioned it.
For those who forgot, in the Disney Channel Original Movie, the 32-year-old guitarist’s character, Jason Gray, was literally obsessed with birdhouses. He mentioned that he wanted to make one many times throughout the iconic flick, so when fans saw that his daughter made one, they were pretty emotional!
The epic reference comes just weeks after Kevin and his brothers, Joe and Nick Jonas, brought on all the nostalgia by recreating a scene from the 2008 film. That’s right, the guys uploaded a video of themselves acting like their old characters — Shane, Nate and Jason Gray — on January 21, 2020, and everyone was living for it. Get this — they even pulled out their old clothes and got wigs so they could look like their throwback selves.
“I don’t wanna waste my summer at some camp! I’m Shane Gray for crying out loud!” Joe said in the hilarious video, reciting his old line from the movie.
“Hey man, we used to love this place! Three years ago, we were campers!” Nick responded.
“This is where Connect 3… connected,” Kevin added.
Wow, talk about a blast from the past! Want to know the best part? Disney+’s official Instagram left a pretty epic comment underneath the video. “Connect 3 *NEEDS* to reconnect,” they wrote, sending the internet into a frenzy.
