There doesn’t seem to be much Zac Efron is genuinely intimidated of doing. The guy has sang and danced his way into fans hearts for years, thanks to the classics and unforgettable High School Musical flicks. He even geared up to do it all again after some much hesitation in The Greatest Showman, alongside Zendaya and Hugh Jackman.

Thanks to the film, fans have seen an epic friendship between the Spider-Man: Homecoming starlet and Zac blossom, and the same can be said for the former Wildcat and Wolverine himself, Hugh Jackman. In a new interview with U.K.’s The Graham Norton Show, not only did the friendship between the two actors shine, but Zac also revealed that Hugh almost got him hit by a bus once! Yeah, that totally happened and it was as dramatic as it sounds.

During the interview, Zac said, “I cycled with [Hugh Jackman] in London, but I’m not one to ride a bike early in the morning in traffic so it turned out to be quite dangerous. I followed Hugh around a few cars and suddenly there was a double decker bus right in front of me. I slammed on the brakes, went under the front tire and narrowly missed death. Hugh was on the other side of the road and stuck up his thumb and just said, ‘You good? Let’s go.’”

Uhm, that sounds absolutely frightening, especially since he went under the front tire of the bus! Thankfully Zac wasn’t completely hurt by the incident, though if you ask us, it doesn’t seem like he’ll be hopping back up on a bike in busy traffic anytime soon. Also, it’s pretty LOL-worthy that Hugh didn’t seem phased by what happened, and wanted to continue riding through the city. Hey, at least now it's a pretty funny story to tell.
