Hug me brotha! Rumors are swirling all over the internet about a possible Drake & Josh reunion, and it is all because Drake Bell and Josh Peck were caught at a business meeting together. Did you hear something? Don’t worry, those are just our squeals of pure joy.
It all started when Just Jared Jr. obtained a photo of the 32-year-old actors meeting up on March 13 in Los Angeles. But it’s where they met up that’s super suspicious! Their meeting was at the Viacom building — AKA the home of Nickelodeon‘s parent company. We’re shook.
Now, the rumored project the sitcom legends are working on could be something totally new — but OG fans of their show are seriously hoping that the on-screen brothers are prepping for a Drake & Josh reboot of some sort. Their show ran for four seasons from 2004 to 2007. However, their history goes even further back. Drake and Josh initially hit it off while working on The Amanda Show together, so it’s safe to say Nickelodeon is their home. Watching them return would be such a dream for fans — don’t you think?
A lot has happened since the guys were on TV together last. Not only did Josh get married, but the vlogger also welcomed a child into the world. Yep, he’s a dad! Now, things are cool between Josh and the singer-songwriter — however, they did go through a rough patch for a while there. That’s right. Things between the guys got super heated after Drake took to social media expressing his frustration with not being invited to Josh’s wedding back in 2017. However, they proved that they’re all good now. They’ve filmed multiple collaborations on YouTube, and Drake even appeared on Season One of Josh’s FOX series, Grandfathered. See?
We can’t wait to see what they’re working on! Now, if only Megan (er, Miranda Cosgrove) got in on it too. Now, that would be nothing short of epic.
