It looks like there’s no longer any tension between Hailey Baldwin and Selena Gomez. The model just seemingly liked a picture of the singer on Instagram, and the internet is pretty shook.
The snap was posted by Selena’s bestie Raquel Stevens, and it showed the “Bad Liar” songstress being interviewed for Raquel’s new show, Giving Back Generation. Although it appears that Hailey has unliked the photo now, fans were quick to take screenshots before she did.
As fans know, Selena used to date Hailey’s husband, Justin Bieber. And back in April 2019, the blonde beauty let fans know that she had enough of being compared to the former Wizards of Waverly Place star.
“You little internet kiddos need to learn how to move on for real,” she wrote in a now-deleted post on her Instagram Stories. “We’re adults that have better things to do than waste time explaining something just so you can stop your delusional fantasies. I’m not gonna sit here and let obsessive strangers try to tell me about my own husband, you wanna talk about somebody’s husband then get ur own. G’night!!”
Justin also clapped back at the haters, after they accused him of only dating Hailey to get Selena’s attention.
“Why would I dedicate my whole life to someone in marriage to get back to my ex? Anyone who believes this is mean spirited or 10 years old or younger because a logical person doesn’t talk or think this way. You should be ashamed of yourself” Justin responded to an Instagram troll in a comment. “I absolutely love and loved Selena, she will always hold a place in my heart, but I am head over [heels] in love with my wife and she is absolutely the best thing that has ever happened to me, period.”
“The fact that you want to spend your day dedicating yourself to hate says a lot about you,” the “Love Yourself” crooner continued. “This is a reply to all [the] immature, sick people who send Hailey hurtful messages like, ‘He always goes back to Selena,’ or, ‘Selena is better for him.’ You have no idea [about] my life and what’s good for me! Hailey is my bride, period. If you don’t like that or support that that means you don’t support me.”
Well, we’re not sure if Hailey liked the photo by accident or if she’s sending a message, but we hope this means that everything is finally all good between the ladies.
