Get ready, One Direction fans, because Harry Styles can now read you a bed time story before you fall asleep! Yep, the singer just teamed up with Calm, and everyone is pretty excited about it.

For those who don’t know, Calm is an app that can play soothing music, guided meditation and peaceful sounds in an attempt to help people relax and fall asleep. They also offer a selection of Sleep Stories, which, according to the app, are “soothing tales that mix music, sound fx and incredible voice talent to help you drift into dreamland.”

“Our mission is to make the world happier and healthier,” the website for Calm reads. “Learn the life-changing skill of meditation. Get more restful sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. And [listen to] exclusive music to help you focus, relax, sleep.”

Harry’s 30-minute Sleep Story, called “Dream With Me,” came out on Wednesday, July 8.

“Sleep and meditation are a huge part of my routine, whether I’m at home, in the studio, or out on the road,” he said in a statement. “Rest and recovery is as important as doing the work. Finding a balance has been endlessly beneficial to both my physical and mental health. It’s changed my life. “Harry’s voice usually electrifies audiences around the world, but his unique Sleep Story will help millions of people drift off to dreamland every night,” Calm co-founder Michael Acton Smith added. “His mellifluous voice is the perfect tonic to calm a racing mind.”

The app shared a preview of the story to their Twitter account on Monday, July 6, and naturally the internet went into a frenzy.

“Hi, I’m Harry Styles,” the “Sign of the Times” crooner could be heard saying at the end of the clip. They also shared a snap of him in the studio recording the story, and it had our hearts bursting!

 

Fans can download Calm onto their phones for free. There is a free seven-day trial available for new users, and then, they can pay $12.99/month or $59.99/year for a subscription. They can also pay $299.99 for a lifetime subscription.
