It looks like everyone’s favorite TV show may unfortunately be coming to an end. Yep, Jace Norman just dropped a major hint that Henry Danger was canceled, and hearts are breaking. The actor shared a behind-the-scenes snap from on set of the Nickelodeon series on Tuesday, October 15. The photo showed Jace’s script for an episode called, “The Beginning Of The End.”
“All good things must come to an end,” the 19-year-old captioned the shot.
As fans know, the show, which also stars Riele Downs, Ella Anderson, Cooper Barnes, Sean Ryan Fox, Michael D. Cohen and Jeffrey Nicholas Brown, premiered back in July 2015. It’s all about a boy named Henry (AKA Kid Danger), who lands a job as a sidekick to the town’s well-known superhero, Captain Man. Henry has to balance being a superhero, saving the town and keeping it secret from his friends and family, all while attending school and dealing with homework, girls and everything else that comes with being a teenager. It’s gone on for 5 epic seasons so far.
Naturally, fans were pretty upset over the news, and they took to Instagram to share their thoughts.
“I can’t believe this. I’m sad, but I’m also sooooo happy to have enjoyed all this show since day one. You are one of the most beautiful people I’ve ever [met], Jace. Thanks for [being a] part of my life and [making] me happy in bad moments,” one fan wrote, with another adding, “I’ve been watching this show since I was 12 and I’m almost 18. There better be a f**king spinoff to this.”
“Thank you, Jace, for the best five years of my life,” one user commented.
“Thank you endlessly for all the smiles,” another fan wrote.
If they were filming the final episode, it will definitely be the end of an era.
