Hot new band alert! The boys of Joywave are our new “Obsession” — which, yes, just so happens to be the title of their newest track.

In case you’re not familiar with the American indie rock group, the band consists of Daniel Armbruster on vocals, Joseph Morinelli on guitar, Kevin Mahoney on bass, Benjamin Bailey on keyboards and Paul Brenner on drums. Their sound is totally unique and engaging – and so is their whole vibe, TBH. The boys of Joywave are no strangers to the spotlight either, as they have been together since they were teens growing up Rochester, NY. Yep, that’s right. They go way back.

So what’s next for Joywave? The band will be hitting the road in September for a full US Tour with Bastille. And get ready for some more bops because they are already working on their third record.
