Get ready, you guys, because Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande might be delivering the collaboration of the century.
You heard that correctly, folks! Fans of the two pop stars are absolutely freaking out, and it’s all because the “Sorry” crooner dropped a major hint on Instagram that he might have some new music coming with the “Thank U, Next” songstress.
So what was the hint? We’re so glad you asked! When a fan reposted a photoshopped image of Ari wearing Drew House merch from JB’s Instagram Stories, another fan hit up the comments demanding answers as to why he posted it in the first place.
The fan commented, “justin drew bieber I DARE YOU to like this comment if you guys are working on a collaboration @justinbieber.”
Turns out, the “No Brainer” singer is a pretty daring guy because he went ahead and liked the comment. And even though it seems he’s since gone ahead and unliked it, fans already noticed and they’re totally convinced a song is on the way.
One fan tweeted, “KING AND QUEEN ARE COMING,” with another fan adding, “2 legends coming to save 2019.” Well, that’s not a lot of pressure or anything!
Other fans, however, are not totally convinced that a collaboration is going to happen — especially since this isn’t the first time the two have teased that they were working together on something special.
“He’s lyyying,” one person wrote.
“Theyve been working on a collab since 2014….” another fan added.
Hopefully, these two are for real this time because we already know it would be a total hit. Plus, they’ve worked together in the past, so we don’t see any reason why they can’t do it again, right?
In case you forgot, Justin and Ari made an official remix to the 25-year-old’s song “What Do You Mean?” several years ago. Plus, they’re both managed by Scooter Braun, and even Scooter knows how badly fans want this to happen.
When one fan commented on the 37-year-old’s Instagram saying, “We trusting you for a collab btw them,” the music manager responded, “hmmmm.”
