Don’t worry Little Mix fans, Jade ThirlwallPerrie EdwardsLeigh-Anne Pinnock, and Jesy Nelson aren’t going anywhere! In a recent interview, the four-piece band not only dished on their strength as a group, but revealed that if one member ever decided to quit, the whole band would be over.

“I can’t see us ever feuding. Or [if they ever split] getting back together without one of us being involved. People know we’re friends. It’s not fake with us, you can just tell,” Jade said with Leigh-Anne adding, “If one of us didn’t want to come back with us, we couldn’t do it.”

The girls also explained that sometimes the public thinks they know the band’s dynamic, but in reality they don’t

“You don’t know what goes on. People think we argue but we don’t. We are a four. Little Mix isn’t Little Mix unless there’s four of us,” Perrie said. Jesy added, “We have always made sure of that. Everyone’s equal in this group.”

Although they’re all equal, when it comes to writing music, that’s Leigh-Anne and Jade’s job!

“With [albums] DNA, Salute, Get Weird and Glory Days, we all wrote for those. But then when it came to LM5, Jesy and I just went ‘you two, you’re nailing this’ to Leigh-Anne and Jade,” Perrie said.

“I’ve just got no patience! With writing songs, I am either in it or I’m not. And if I’m not, I find it draining. I just either feel it or I don’t,” Jesy said. “Jade and Leigh-Anne can stick at a song and it can get better. If I think it’s s**t, I just give up. I sometimes look at these two and see their enthusiasm for a certain song and just think ‘really?'”

That’s not all! Little Mix also opened up about their latest and greatest holiday single “One I’ve Been Missing,” which was written entirely by Leigh-Anne.

“We can relate to it. It’s about us missing our friends, family, being away from home,” Leigh-Anne said. “Missing our [boyfriends]. And as for releasing a Christmas song – it was about time.”
