Singer Madison Beer has finally taken to Twitter and addressed rumors that she got work done after photos of her at a plastic surgeon surfaced online.

For those who missed it, fans of the songstress took to social media and reposed a series of photos that showed Madison at a plastic surgery clinic last week. Some people claimed she was “hiding” from photographers. Now, the 21-year-old has set the record straight once and for all.

“I was there for a consultation to get a mole removed. (Which I shouldn’t even need to clarify [because] it’s my business) I wasn’t ‘hiding.’ I was waiting for my car [and] walked out normally. But these pics go ignored. I’ve gotten death threats [because] of this situation. See the issue?” she wrote in response to a fan who claimed Madison was “lying” to fans.

Her clarification came after the “Selfish” singer posted another tweet that read, “Bandwagon hate and mass bullying is something I’m not okay with. Sorry. Bullying has been an issue that has led to suicide and depression for so many for years and years, and still people do not care to change. Focus on your own lives and stop being so hateful towards strangers.”

Although she didn’t respond to any other followers about the photos, Madison did tell fans that she hoped that, eventually, “We can end bullying together because it’s f**ked up.”

“I’m gonna continue to focus on my music, my fans and the people who know and support me. That’s it,” she concluded.

As fans know, this isn’t the first time Madison has been forced to address plastic surgery rumors. In May, she clapped back at fans who had accused her of getting work done on her face.

“I said very transparently, the one thing I’ve ever done, which I got my lips done and I got them dissolved,” she said in the video, at the time, that was screenrecorded and reposted on the TikTok Room Instagram account. “That’s literally all I’ve ever done and people will continuously say, ‘Oh she got an eyebrow lift.’”

She continued in another clip, “My lips literally look the same from when I was a kid. And I’ve gotten older so no s**t that they f**king maybe have grown. It’s just so exhausting. Literally everyone who wants to say that I’m a horrible person and I’m lying to my fans… My fans, my real fans, they know that I’m being truthful.”
