Well, you guys. It’s been five months since Noah Cyrus and Lil Xan had their dramatic breakup, and now it’s looking like the “Make Me (Cry)” songstress might not be completely over her ex. Wait, what?
That’s right! The 19-year-old took to her Instagram Stories on February 18 to share a photo of herself crying, which she captioned, “Whata day.” Of course, this has fans of the singer wondering if she’s upset over the news that her ex-boyfriend is going to be a father. Hmm…
In case you missed it, the SoundCloud rapper shared the baby news on Instagram on February 17, along with a photo of his current girlfriend, Annie Smith.
“I wanted to wait but i just can’t leave my fans in the dark,” he said. “It’s official im going to be a father. I love you guys so much and I hope you stay along for this crazy journey and i’ve never felt more happy in my life. All of you are invited to the gender reveal party i promise!”
“Can’t wait to show the world everything i’ve been working on at youtube space and my official sophomore album ‘BE SAFE,'” he continued. “And to my baby my angel my sunshine @anniiesmith i love you with all my heart. Thank you for saving me i love you more then words could describe.”
TBH, it’s understandable that Noah would be upset by the news. We mean, it wasn’t that long ago that the pair split. However, a source revealed to Us Weekly that that’s not the case at all, and that she’s totally over her ex.
“Noah found out almost right after he posted,” the source said. “A few of her friends texted her and she was obviously surprised, but doesn’t feel hurt.”
However, just because she’s not necessarily hurt, it doesn’t mean she feels nothing at all.
The insider added, “While this may sting a little, as it would with any breakup, she is completely over him and has moved past that part of her life.” What a relief!
