You guys might want to brace yourselves because the moment we’ve all been waiting for is finally here! Yep, the music video for Taylor Swift‘s new song, “You Need to Calm Down” dropped on Monday, June 17 — and um, we literally need to calm down after watching it.
We mean, the 29-year-old “Look What You Made Me Do” songstress always goes above and beyond with her music videos. She normally always throws in a ton of Easter eggs and some shade, of course, and this one was no different! Not only is the video for the new LGBTQ anthem filled with a ton of epic outfits, drastic new looks and fun dance moves, but get this, you guys — over 20 of the singer’s celebrity friends made appearances! OMG.
We’re talking Ryan Reynolds, Ellen DeGeneres, the cast of Queer Eye, RuPaul, Ciara, Hayley Kiyoko, Adam Lambert and a ton more. Oh, and did we mention that the singer’s former nemesis Katy Perry is in it? In case you forgot, the two ladies were embroiled in a nasty feud for over six years, so seeing them together is truly iconic. Especially since they dressed up as a giant hamburger and french fries. LOL.
