After fans accused Tony Lopez of throwing fan art in the garbage, the TikTok star took to social media and set the record straight.

According to the TikTok Room Instagram account, the Hype House member commented on a fan’s video which showed them “chilling” outside the influencer squad’s home. Near the end of the video, the TikTok user showed what appeared to be a fan’s painting in the trash. They claimed, “Look what we see in the trash can. Your guys’ fan art for Tony Lopez. This is insane.”

Tony was quick to reply and shut down the accusations that he threw out the canvas.

“To set the record straight, I NEVER throw away my mail or fan art!” the 20-year-old said. “Could have been someone in the house or the maids.”

Then, the internet star seemingly went outside and removed the art from the trash. Tony has since posted a photo to Instagram Stories alongside the caption, “Saved,” letting fans know that their paintings won’t be thrown away.

As fans know, this came just after Tony’s older brother, Ondreaz Lopez, spoke out after being accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old in 2018. In a statement posted on Twitter, the Hype House member addressed claims — made on Twitter by someone named Al — which alleged that the now 23-year-old “forced my hand on his d**k and he wouldn’t let me pull away until I turned the other way around.”

Ondreaz denied all accusations and recounted the night in question from his point of view. He claimed that the accuser “initiated making out,” “remained cordial” and “made lighthearted jokes about the night we did spend together.”

If you or anyone you know has been sexually abused, call the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-HOPE (4673). A trained staff member will provide confidential, judgment-free support as well as local resources to assist in healing, recovering and more.
