Ariana Grande fans know she is no stranger to tattoos, but did you know she is also a Pokémon fan? Well, the “Sweetener” songstress just added another tattoo to her growing collection of body art, and her latest design is a picture of Eevee — the cute AF Pokémon species.

The “God Is A Woman” singer took to her Instagram Stories to show off her new design. “I’ve wanted this for so long,” she wrote, tagging Los Angeles-based tattoo artist Kane Navasard.

The tattoo artist also took to Instagram to share a photo of the impressive ink with the caption, “For the best Pokémon trainer in the game, @arianagrande.”

If you’re over here thinking her latest choice of tattoo might be, well, random — you’re actually wrong! The Sam & Cat alum’s love and appreciation for Pokémon dates back, and believe it or not, the proof is all over social media. Shortly before her big tattoo reveal, an fan on Twitter asked Ari what games she has on her Nintendo Switch. Her response? “Honestly. Yesterday I had a day off and I played Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee for fifteen hours. Honestly,” she wrote.

So there you have it! Turns out, the former Nickelodeon star has been a fan of both Pokémon and and video games for quite some time. She even tweeted about her love of Nintendo back in 2011. So maybe this tattoo shouldn’t be so much of a surprise after all!

Just recently, news broke that Ariana covered her Pete Davidson-inspired tattoo with a Mac Miller tribute. The foot tattoo used to read, “8414,” representing the badge number of her ex-fiancé’s firefighter father, who passed away on September 11, 2001. Now, it reads, “Myron,” the name of Mac’s dog she now takes care of.

Something tells us this isn’t the last tattoo for Ari — we wonder what’s next! Only time will tell, we suppose.
