Former High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale has no time for people hating on her hair! The 34-year-old actress recently clapped back at an internet troll who questioned her “natural curl.”
On Tuesday, February 25, Ashley posted a cute selfie video to Instagram. The clip of her playing with her hair had the caption, “Using my natural curl for this movie and I’m very excited.”
One fan didn’t believe that Ashley was telling the truth about her hairstyle and trolled the actress in the comments section.
“I call bulls**t, LMAO. That ain’t natural hair. Looks curled,” they wrote in the since-deleted comment. To which Ashley clapped back, “Legit natural curl. The only thing that’s not natural is the straight part. Took a flatiron to the top.”
Aside from the one hater, other fans loved her natural look.
“THIS LOOKS SO GOOD ON YOU,” another person wrote. Someone else added, “You should rock that more often [to be honest].”
A third said, “YES, this hair is everything.”
Some of her 11 million Instagram followers even asked Ashley to share her hair care secrets!
“I use Olaplex Leave In and Oil. And get this — this is slept on,” she revealed to a fan who wanted to know what products she used to achieve the natural curls.
After her followers continued to discuss her hair in the comments section, Ashley took to Instagram Stories and, in a since-expired video, set the record straight on her curls once and for all.
“I love how people in my comments are debating over if my natural curl is actually natural or curled,” she wrote. “This is all real.”
As fans know, this hair discussion came just days after Ashley debuted her new blonde ‘do on Instagram, on February 21.
“Back to blonde and back to having fun,” she captioned the snap at the time.
