Are wedding bells in the near future for Demi Lovato and Max Ehrich?! Well, brace yourselves, people, because according to a source close to the pair — yes! That’s right, an insider just revealed that the High School Musical 3 star is gearing up to ask the singer to marry him, and our hearts are seriously bursting!
“They’ve been talking about getting engaged,” the source told Us Weekly. “Her family really likes him. He’ll likely propose within the next couple of months, but when quarantine is over.”
And get this — according to outlet, the actor has already picked out a “very sizable” ring for the 27-year-old!
“Demi has been aware and in on the fact that Max wants to propose and is so excited,” they added. “They are really excited about their relationship and enjoying living together during quarantine and seeing where things go. They are very positive influences on each beyond just both being sober.”
As fans know, rumors first started swirling that the two stars were an item after they were photographed hanging out in Los Angeles on March 15, 2020. Then, the 28-year-old and the “Tell Me You Love Me” songstress confirmed their relationship by kissing in the music video for Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber‘s new song, “Stuck With U,” on May 8, 2020. And while sharing a clip from the visual, Demi revealed that she is “really happy” with Max.
“Happy to be a part of something so special right now. Like really, REALLY happy if you can’t tell…” she wrote.
Since then, they’ve been pretty much couple goals — leaving adorable comments on each other’s Insta pics and supporting each other’s work — and fans are living for it. On May 25, 2020, the Camp Rock alum even revealed that her beau “accepts and loves” her “flaws and all.”
“I now spend my days in a bathing suit with no makeup with someone who accepts and loves me for who I am, flaws and all,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories alongside a snap of them cuddling up. “I love you @MaxEhrich.”
