If you’re looking to get a tattoo, turns out all you’ll need is an invitation to Dove Cameron‘s next birthday party! Wait, what?
ICYMI, The 23-year-old Disney star had quite the birthday bash on January 15, and she even hired a tattoo artist to show up and give her friends some fresh ink. Of course, the Descendants actress and her BF Thomas Doherty also took advantage, and NGL, we suffered from so much FOMO.
Lucky for us, she documented the whole thing on her Instagram Stories, writing, “Invited a tattoo artist to my birthday party so my friends could get inked,” and inked they got!
In one video clip, someone who appeared to be Dove got the words “à naître” on their wrist, which is french for “unborn.” Sure, we couldn’t exactly get a glimpse of her face to know it was her for sure, but considering she already has an extensive tattoo collection, it certainly wouldn’t be out of character. See?
We know what you’re thinking: Did Thomas get the same tattoo as his girlfriend? Well, we’re not so sure! While the couple does have several matching tats, we couldn’t see much of the 23-year-old’s new ink in Dove’s Instagram Stories. Unfortunately, the video only showed his smiling face, so while we don’t know what the new ink is, we do know that, at the very least, he’s pretty excited about it.
Dove and her BF weren’t the only ones getting tattoos, though. The actress currently stars in the off-Broadway production of Clueless, and from the looks of it, lots of her co-stars got tats inspired by the iconic ’90s flick-turned-musical.
In one of her Instagram Stories, one of her co-stars got an adorable plaid tattoo to pay homage to all of the plaid worn by Dove’s character, Cher Horowitz. Also, Zurin Villanueva, the actress who plays the character of Dionne in the show, got an adorable heart tattoo!
Obviously, we need to find some way to infiltrate Dove’s friend group, because if they’re going to keep doing cool things like having tattoo artists at their parties, we’re going to need that invite! Until then, though, we’ll just keep admiring the actresses new ink. TBH, we’re kind of obsessed.
