It’s official — Dua Lipa and Anwar Hadid have been together for one year! That’s right, the couple just celebrated their first anniversary together with a super sweet tribute, and our hearts are seriously bursting.
The singer took to Instagram to celebrate being with the model for one whole year, captioning a collage of super adorable pics of them, “Nothing sweeter than 365 days joint at the hip with you.”
How cute is that?! According to TMZ, the pair first bonded over their love for music, after being introduced by his sister Gigi Hadid. It was reported that they had moved in together in September 2019, and in November 2019, they made their red carpet debut! Since then, they’ve been total couple goals, and everyone is seriously striving to find a love like theirs.
As fans know, before she was linked to Gigi and Bella Hadid‘s little brother, Dua dated model Isaac Carew on-and-off for over three years.
“Dua and Isaac have a lot of history and he holds a special place in her heart. But she has been in Los Angeles almost ever since they split again and she has been able to spend time with Anwar, who she really gets on with,” a source told The Sun in June 2019. “They are a lot closer in age and it’s just been fun. It’s a confusing time for both Dua and Isaac but she is just going with the flow and doing what feels right.”
Before that, the 24-year-old “New Rules” songstress was in relationships with Coldplay singer Chris Martin, LANY frontrunner Paul Klein and get this, you guys — it was even rumored that she had a brief fling with Harry Styles back in 2017, although she insisted at the time that they were only friends.
As for Anwar, he made headlines after he was spotted kissing Kendall Jenner in June 2018. He was also linked to actress Nicola Peltz, Sofia Richie and model Sonia Ben Ammar.
