Prepare yourselves, Sheerios! Ed Sheeran just revealed that he has a whole new album on the way, and every single song is going to be a collaboration with another artist. Say whaaat?!

You heard that correctly, ladies and gentlemen! The “Shape of You” crooner took to Instagram to share the news, the track list and release date, and the good news is that we won’t have to wait too long at all. The album will come out on July 12, which is actually, like, very soon.

So what inspired this collaborative album? Great question! Apparently, the 28-year-old worked on a collaborative project before he even got a record deal, and he’s been dying to do another since. Plus, now that he’s one of the most famous musicians in the world, he was able to choose some pretty iconic artists to hop onboard.

“Before I was signed in 2011, I made an EP called No.5 Collaborations Project,” he wrote. “Since then, I’ve always wanted to do another, so I started No.6 on my laptop when I was on tour last year. I’m a huge fan of all the artists I’ve collaborated with and it’s been a lot of fun to make. No.6 Collaborations Project will be out everywhere on 12 July. It’s available to pre-order from midnight tonight local time and my song with @chancetherapper and @pnbrock will be out everywhere at the same time x.”

Did you catch that? “Cross Me” featuring Chance the Rapper and PnBRock will be released at midnight on May 24, so you should definitely plan for a late night. Also, Ed dropped “I Don’t Care” featuring Justin Bieber back on May 10, and if that song is any indication, the other tracks on the LP are bound to follow suit.

When it comes to who else will be featured on the album, we’re not so sure. While the “Perfect” singer released the titles of all the upcoming tracks, he blacked out the names of the other artists he worked with, so it’s still a total mystery. Rumor has it, however, that “Antisocial” will feature none other than Travis Scott.

Hmm… we guess we’ll just have to wait patiently for the big reveal!
