Is Kaia Gerber pregnant? That seems to be the question on everyone’s minds after she shared a cryptic post hinting that she was expecting her first baby.

The 18-year-old posted a snap of herself sticking out her stomach, reading a parenting book and eating some ice cream to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, January 29. “Read into this,” she captioned it.

It’s unclear whether or not the model was joking with her post or if she was serious, but it quickly sent the internet into a frenzy.

“Hey, um does anyone know if Kaia Gerber is pregnant? I’m very confused,” one fan wrote on Twitter, with another adding, “Is Kaia really pregnant? Omfg.”

“She’s holding ice cream while sticking out her stomach and reading a book about parenting. It’s just a food baby … Clearly a joke,” a third Twitter user quipped.

As fans know, the brunette beauty was dating Pete Davidson until earlier this month. Sources claimed that they had split so he could focus on his mental health. A source told E! News at the time that the Saturday Night Life star had checked himself into “a program” which meant he and Kaia “haven’t had a lot of contact.”

“It became very clear that he had to go and do this and couldn’t wait any longer. This is his second time seeking treatment, his first being in 2016,” the insider explained.

The source also claimed that Kaia “doesn’t know if she wants to continue in their relationship.”

“She cares about Pete and wants him to get better. But their future is very much up in the air,” they added.

The two stars first sparked relationship rumors in October 2019, when the comedian was photographed leaving Kaia’s New York City apartment. After that, they were pretty much inseparable and got spotted packing on the PDA on numerous occasions.
