Oh no. Disney Channel alum Kyle Massey is in very serious trouble.
The former That’s So Raven star is likely being sued by a 13-year-old girl who claims the 27-year-old actor sent her sexually explicit messages, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly. The star allegedly sent the anonymous girl texts, images and videos containing highly inappropriate and suggestive content.
The lawsuit has yet to be formally filed, but it claims that the child and her mom met the former Disney star back in 2009 — when the girl was only 4 years old. The star reportedly stayed in touch with the girl over the years because he wanted to assist her in pursuing a career in the entertainment industry.
The Dancing With the Stars alum reportedly offered to fly the child out to L.A. in December 2008 to help find her an agent while she stayed with him and his girlfriend. However, that didn’t happen. Days later, the actor reportedly started sending the girl very inappropriate photos and videos. The girl is planning on suing the Cory in the House actor for $1.5 million.
Kye’s mother, Angel Massey, took to Instagram on Saturday, March 16 to defend her son. “KYLE MASSEY IS THE VICTIM! Where is the justice for MEN?! Women get to say and do what they want and file lawsuits under JANE DOE!”
Kyle’s reps have not yet made a statement about the unfiled lawsuit claims.
