Fans are about to hear Liam Payne‘s new song “Stack It Up” like they’ve never heard it before. The One Direction singer just performed a stripped down version of the tune in a new video for Vevo, and boy, does he sound amazing!

As fans know, the bop was co-written by Ed Sheeran and features rapper A Boogie Wit da Hoodie. It dropped on September 18, and it’s still on repeat, TBH. The song is all about working hard and making money for the people you love.

“It’s very money-oriented and you have to be careful as an artist with what kind of message you’re putting out. I spoke to Ed for a long time about this, I was like, ‘we have to figure out the message behind the song, and make it more personal to me,'” Liam previously explained. “The point that I was trying to make was that, having a lot of money is a lot of fun, obviously, it’s good. But if you have loads of money and no one to share it with, it’s just a little bit pointless. We put this sort of love interest idea, that you’re making money for someone that you love and care about, which I think is a lot better.”

And that’s not all. The 26-year-old also performed an acoustic version of his bop “Polaroid,” which features Jonas Blue and Lennon Stella.

The “Strip That Down” crooner has seriously been slaying the charts and he’s already racked up over 2 billion streams on Spotify. He also recently started his own clothing line with Hugo Boss. Not to mention that the singer revealed back in April that he had auditioned for some movie roles.

“I’ve had some great auditions for a couple of different things, which have been amazing,” he told Roman Kemp on the Capital Breakfast Show. “I’m enjoying it. It’s a fun process.”

Everyone is super excited to see what’s next for Liam.
