Prepare yourselves, people, because so many of our favorite actors are appearing in a movie together, and we can’t wait to see it! That’s right, Janel Parrish, Carlos PenaVega and Raven-Symoné teamed up with Alexa PenaVegaLevi Dylan and Tommy Ragen for a brand new flick called Mighty Oak, and the first trailer is finally here!

According to the video’s description, the movie is all about “music manager Gina Jackson (played by Janel) whose life is shattered when her brother and lead vocalist, Vaughn (played by Levi), is killed in a tragic accident. Ten years later, when a young guitar prodigy Oak Scoggins (played by Tommy) enters her orbit, she becomes convinced that this young man is the reincarnation of Vaughn, but is he?” Wow, that sounds seriously emotional!

From the looks of it, this is going to be one movie we won’t want to miss! So, mark your calendars, people, because the film is set to hit theaters on Friday, June 5. Of course, due to the current coronavirus pandemic, movie-watchers can’t go to physical movie theaters, so the film will actually be dropping at drive-in theaters around the country. How cool is that?!

After the trailer officially dropped, Janel took to Instagram and shared her excitement about the music-filled film.

“The news is out! We are SO excited! At a crazy time like this, we hope our movie brings you some heart and happiness. See you June 5th in drive in theaters,” the Pretty Little Liars alum wrote. “Follow @mightyoakmovie for more info on where it’s showing near you.”

According to Variety, the studio that bought the movie, Paramount, has plans to “expand the film as more venues are deemed safe.” For those who missed it, the World Health Organization has reported that over reported that over 5,630,000 people have contracted virus so far, resulting in more than 349,000 deaths. Medical professionals have called for “social distancing” to prevent further spreading of the illness, which is defined as “trying to keep yourself away from other people, especially large crowds.” Because of this many events, concerts and festivals have been canceled, including all Broadway plays and sports games. People have been asked to avoid public spaces and quarantine themselves during this time.
