We were all pretty obsessed with Nia Sioux and Bryce Xavier‘s adorable relationship. We mean, the couple dated for over a year and they were pretty much goals the entire time — constantly gushing over each other and posting adorable, PDA-filled pics. But in August of 2018, the pair shocked the world when they announced that they were going their separate ways.
But now, nine months later, the former flames just walked the red carpet together at the After movie premiere in Los Angeles, and we’re honestly shook. Talk about a big statement, right? But we have a lot of questions. Is our favorite couple back together? Or are they just friends? Let’s investigate.
In case you forgot, the 17-year-old Dance Moms star first shared the heartbreaking news that she and her beau had split via her Instagram Stories.
“A lot of people have noticed that Bryce and I don’t post much with each other lately, so I wanted to take this time to tell everyone that we are not together anymore,” she wrote at the time. “Truly blessed for the time we’ve shared and I hope nothing but the best for him.”
But when the 17-year-old YouTuber shared a sweet tune he had written that was dedicated to his former girlfriend, it was clear that there were no hard feelings between them. It was called “A Song For Nia: ‘A Goodbye to My Ex-Girlfriend.'”
“If you ever feel cold or alone / Don’t be scared to just call my phone / ‘Cause I would never, ever turn you away / If you said that you were needing me,” the lyrics read.
Awww. Since then, they’ve been spotted hanging out a few times here and there, so it’s definitely possible that they simply walked the red carpet as friends. Unfortunately, their relationship status is currently unknown. But hopefully one of them will clear up the rumors once and for all soon!
