Singer Sam Smith is leaving little to imagination! The “Fire on Fire” crooner just showed off their assets in a completely nude photo, and their celebrity friends had the best reactions.
Taking to Instagram on Saturday, January 11, Sam shared a snap of themself naked on the beach as they ran towards the water, with their butt on full display.
“PURA VIDA,” he captioned it.
A bunch of stars quickly took to the comment section to share their thoughts on the photo.
“ARSEEEEE,” Niall Horan commented, with Cardi B writing, “I want to bite it.”
Ryan Tedder, Pixie Lott, Sza, Naomi Campbell, Nicole Scherzinger, Benny Blanco and tons more also left their approval!
As fans know, posting a photo completely in the nude is a big deal for Sam, since they’ve been pretty open in the past about their body issues.
“Feels so good to have my top off on holiday. Spent all my life hiding my body from the sun,” they wrote on Instagram earlier this month. “The last year my skin has been soaking in that LIGHT. Don’t let anyone or anything stop you from feeling that kiss from above you beautiful humans.”
Back in February 2019, they got real about their insecurities again.
“In the past if I have ever done a photo shoot with so much as a t-shirt on, I have starved myself for weeks in advance and then picked and prodded at every picture and then normally taken the picture down,” the 27-year-old captioned a shirtless photo of himself. “Yesterday I decided to fight the f**k back. Reclaim my body and stop trying to change this chest and these hips and these curves that my mum and dad made and love so unconditionally. Some may take this as narcissistic and showing off but if you knew how much courage it took to do this and the body trauma I have experienced as a kid you wouldn’t think those things.”
Back in September 2019, Sam got real about being non-binary, and revealed that they will now use gender-neutral pronouns like “they” and “them” instead of “he” and “she.”
“I’ve decided I am changing my pronouns to THEY/THEM. After a lifetime of being at war with my gender I’ve decided to embrace myself for who I am, inside and out. I’m so excited and privileged to be surrounded by people that support me in this decision but I’ve been very nervous about announcing this because I care too much about what people think but f**k it,” they wrote. “I understand there will be many mistakes and miss-gendering but all I ask is you please please try. I hope you can see me like I see myself now. Thank you. P.S. I am at no stage just yet to eloquently speak at length about what it means to be non-binary but I can’t wait for the day that I am. So for now I just want to be VISIBLE and open.”
