YouTuber Tana Mongeau is making it clear that she’s done being referred to as “Bella Thorne‘s ex.” The influencer is just clapped back at an outlet who used her past relationship in the headline of an article, and we are seriously living for her response.

The article had the headline, “Revealed: Bella Throne’s Ex Tana Mongeau’s ‘Marriage‘ Photo Shoot With Jake Paul Was Just a Stunt.” Not only did the social media star call the online magazine out for misspelling the Shake It Up actress’ last name, but she also slammed them for mentioning her former flame in the first place. Tana retweeted the article, adding, “1. Thorne 2. Hi I’m Tana not just someone’s ex 3. Just an engagement shoot. Not a stunt. 4. Should I start writing these articles for you? I would slay it!”

You go girl! Tana has seriously accomplished so much on her own (four million YouTube subscribers, her very own MTV show — come on people!), so we can totally see why she’s sick of news outlets using her relationships in headlines. The blonde beauty also took to Twitter to slam the media for being biphobic in their coverage of her relationship with the former Disney star.

“It’s so funny when I was dating Bella every press outlet would be so quick to call us best friends and [invalidate] our relationship,” she wrote. “But the second we break up and are both only dating men every press outlet only refers to us as exes.”

Fans were quick to come to Tana’s defense.

“Yeah I saw this and was like hell no,” one fan wrote, alongside a screenshot of the article.

“The press needs to be more LGBT friendly. You and @bellathorne really cared for each other and I hate how the media marginalized that and only validated the relationship after it ended. That’s just maddening,” another wrote.

We are so proud of Tana for speaking up.
