Congratulations Vanessa Morgan! The Riverdale actress is officially a married woman. The 27-year-old walked down the aisle with her longtime boyfriend Michael Kopech on Saturday, January 4, in an intimate ceremony surrounded by family and friends.

The couple exchanged vows at the Walton Historic House in Homestead, Florida. Their reception was hosted in the venue’s tropical gardens. According to People Magazine, Vanessa’s Riverdale costars Skeet Ulrich and Drew Ray Tanner were in attendance with Madelaine Petsch taking part in the ceremony as part of the wedding party.

“We both knew the first day we met that ‘this is it’ and I’m so excited that today officially starts our forever,” the bride told E! News. “Today, I vowed to love my best friend for a lifetime and it was a day spent with those we love in a room filled with endless love. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with him.”

After the ceremony, the CW star shared a sweet photo of herself to Instagram Stories. She donned a bedazzled hair accessory that read “Mrs. Kopech” and added a “Just Married” sticker to the snap.

As for her wedding gown, Vanessa opted for a one-of-a-kind sheer Eisen Stein Bridal gown embellished with beads and lace. After the ceremony, the actress changed into a second dress by Grace Loves Lace for the reception.

“Guests were greeted by chatty tropical birds, roaming oyster shuckers and botanical cocktails as they delved into the vast gardens,” a source told People. “The cocktails, delicately prepared by Craft Cartel, were spectacular… all served with rose gold accents, one of their feature wedding colors.”

The publication also reported that Vanessa surprised guests by performing two songs — one with her new father-in-law and another with Riverdale costar Drew, 27. The couple also paid tribute to the late actor Luke Perry with a candle and sign that read: “This candle burns in loving memory of those who are not here today, but are forever present in our hearts. Loved but never forgotten.”

Vanessa and Michael got engaged back in July 2019 after one year of dating. Us Weekly first reported that the couple was together in July 2018 when the White Sox pitcher was enjoying a picnic with the actress on Instagram Stories.
