Congratulations are in order for Chilling Adventures of Sabrina actor Luke Cook! On Tuesday, December 24, the 33-year-old — known for his role as Lucifer Morningstar on the fan favorite Netflix series — took the next step in his relationship and proposed to stylist Kara Wilson.
The couple took to their respective Instagram accounts and posted the exciting news, showing off their love to fans and followers. Both Luke and Kara shared adorable selfies from their engagement day and wrote heartfelt captions to each other that detailed the special moment.
“Look at us, all happy and in love… and engaged,” Luke captioned his Instagram post on Wednesday, December 25. In the video, that showed them cuddled up in bed, he told Kara, “Our kids are are going to look at this photo.”
Kara also took to Instagram and posted a selfie to show off her ring. In the image, the pair shared a kiss with their pet dog by their side.
“Last night on our sofa with our fur (and furless) babies, my boyfriend became my fiancé,” she wrote. :I have never felt more alive in my life. I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with you. I love you endlessly.”
The couple’s famous friends were quick to comment on the posts.
“Yessssssss!!! Congratulations!!” Luke’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina costar Jaz Sinclair wrote.
As fans know, the engagement came less than a week after Kara celebrated Luke’s birthday with a sweet social media tribute.
“Happy birthday my love,” she posted on December 19, 2019. “You are the greatest gift I’ve ever received, my wildest dreams realized. The day you were born will forever be the day I celebrate the most. Loving you is my greatest joy.”
For those who missed it, the pair went Instagram official in June 2019 and since then, they have posted numerous photos to showcase their love for one another.
