We may or may not be crying over Demi Lovato‘s new tattoo. The singer revealed the new ink via her Instagram on Wednesday, May 15, and the meaning behind it is seriously touching. Yeah, you might want to grab some tissues because it turns out, the new tat is dedicated to her late grandmother.

“This is for you Mimaw. You at 26 [years old] on my arm while I’m 26 [years old], and forever. I love you,” she wrote alongside a snap of herself showing off the new ink. “Thank you @_dr_woo_ for making her come back to life for me.. it’s stunning and the most meaningful tattoo I have ever gotten.”

OMG. How sweet is that? The former Camp Rock star also shared a close up of the new ink design to her Instagram Stories, and boy, is it beautiful.

As fans know, Demi has over 20 tattoos all over her body. And back in January, the “Tell Me You Love Me” songstresses added two new ink designs to her enormous collection. She got a rose tattooed onto her finger to commemorate being six months sober, and a drawing of her late dog Buddy on her foot. Buddy unfortunately passed away in July 2015 after being attacked by a coyote.

As for her first ink — “you make me beautiful” on her rib cage — the actress got it when she was only 16 years old. The tattoo was inspired by the song “Beautiful” by Bethany Dillon.

“The words were so encouraging and lifted me through a really dark time in my life,” she explained to Hollywood Life.

She also revealed in her MTV documentary, “It’s one of my favorite songs ever. I got it because I was dealing with self-image issues. So I got it tattooed on me to look in the mirror every day and remind myself that I am beautiful.”

Her other tattoos include the words “Stay strong” on her wrists, a feather behind her ear, a cross on her hand, the word “free” on her finger and more!
