According to Hailey Baldwin, she did not get any plastic surgery, and she’s not here for anyone who is claiming she did. Yep, the model and her husband, Justin Bieber, are reportedly threatening to sue a doctor who alleged that she had work done on her face.

For those who missed it, Dr. Daniel Barrett went viral on TikTok after he posted a video which showed a bunch of side-by-side photos of Hailey as a kid and Hailey now. In the clip, he claimed that the physical changes on her face were impossible without cosmetic procedures.

According to TMZ, the blonde beauty and the singer’s lawyer has sent the doctor a cease-and-desist letter, which claimed that he’s using Hailey’s name, image and likeness in his video without permission to advertise his practice and “spread false, uncorroborated claims that Mrs. Bieber has undergone plastic surgery.” The doctor is also being accused of copyright infringement for his use of lyrics from Justin’s song “Sorry” in the TikTok caption.

Hailey and Justin’s legal team reportedly claimed that the TikTok included a number of violations, including “misrepresentation, defamation, slander, false light, violation of rights of publicity, copyright infringement, trademark and service mark infringement” and more. The outlet also reported that they’re demanding he take down the video and issue a public retraction in the next 24 hours, or he will face legal action.

As fans know, the reports come just days after the 23-year-old slammed rumors she had gotten surgery to alter her appearance in an Instagram comment. Hailey responded after someone shared an edited photo, in which she looked drastically different. When people started to question why she had changed so much, she decided to speak up and set the record straight once and for all.

“Stop using pics that are edited by makeup artists!” she wrote. “This photo on the right is NOT what I look like… I’ve never touched my face so if you’re gonna sit around and compare me at 13, and then me at 23, at least use a natural photo that wasn’t edited so crazy.”
