YouTube star James Charles is seriously looking for love! The beauty vlogger took to Twitter on Monday, April 13 and asked his 5.2 million followers why he’s still single.
“I have a big heart, a** and bank account. How am I single?” the 20-year-old wondered on the social media platform.
Thankfully, some of the internet star’s famous friends were there to make him feel better. TikTok queen Charli D’Amelio was quick to respond and called James her “favorite person ever,” to which he wrote back, “I miss you so much.”

Fellow YouTuber Larray offered to share his boyfriend with James for a price, and from the sound of it, the makeup mogul was totally down for that!

As fans know, this came a few months after the influencer told fans he had plans to use his TikTok presence to host a Bachelor-themed reality show in an attempt to find himself a significant other. Back in January, James revealed that he was looking to get “wifed up” in 2020 and that he had decided to use the video streaming app as a way to put himself out there.
“I made one observation after downloading TikTok a few weeks ago and that is that this app is pretty much a dating app, let’s be real,” he said in the clip at the time. “Everyone on here is either in a very cute relationship or painfully single and unfortunately for me, I fall into that second group of people.”

“I want to play TikTok Bachelor,” he continued before introducing himself. “My name is James Charles, I’m 20 years old and I’m 5-foot-10. I live in Los Angeles, California and I’m a beauty YouTuber so sometimes I look pretty and when I don’t look pretty I have a pretty fun personality to make up for it.”
He also shared his interests for potential suitors.
“I’m a very hard worker, but in my free time I like horror movies, escape rooms, singing with friends, eating at new restaurants and also I have fun nails for backscratching and cuddling,” he said. “If those things are of interest to you and you are male, please leave a comment down below or, I guess, duet this video.”
