Get ready, Selena Gomez fans, because you could be the star of her first-ever “Rare Beauty” campaign! The songstress took to the upcoming beauty brand’s Instagram account on Thursday, February 27, and gave followers all the information about how they could be the face of the “Rare Beauty” We Are Rare community.

“Our first We Are Rare community call is open and we’re excited to build this community together! It’s all about celebrating what makes you, you, and we would love your voice to be a part of the story,” the caption read. “Simply tell us what makes you rare at and you could be featured in our We Are Rare campaign which will be shot in Los Angeles. You’ll also be one of the first to try Rare Beauty products, and most importantly, meet new friends and join our Rare Beauty community.”

Submissions are set to close on Monday, March 1, at 11:59 P.M. EST.

For those who missed it, the songstress hosted an Instagram Live on February 4, 2020, and announced that “Rare Beauty” would be coming to Sephora stores in summer 2020.

“This is something I started working on two years ago. I found the right partners and the right team…and it’s important to me because I wanted to make a brand where you feel comfortable,” Selena told fans at the time. “It’s not just a brand. It’s going to be a lifestyle. I want girls and boys and men and women to feel comfortable.”

The 27-year-old teamed up with some major names in the beauty industry to help bring her vision to life. Selena revealed that the brand is meant to empower and inspire confidence within young people who use the products. She also urged her followers to help build the brand because she wants it to be as “real” as possible.
