Prepare yourselves, people, because once again, JoJo Siwa is saying goodbye to YouTube and hello to the big screen! That’s right, the former Dance Moms star is set to star in the upcoming Will Smith-produced film Bounce.

Based on a book of the same name by Megan ShullVariety reported that Bounce is “a heartwarming story about a teenage girl who wishes she could trade her family for a new one on Christmas Eve. Her wish is granted and she finds herself ‘bouncing’ into the lives of other girls and living Christmas Day on repeat — learning the value of family, finding your voice and the power of love.” Yep, we’d say JoJo is absolutely perfect for this role!

Unfortunately, there’s no projected release date at this time, but once the project finds its director, we’re hoping that one will be announced. Because, let’s be real, this is one film we’re not going to want t miss.

As fans know, this isn’t JoJo’s first acting gig. The 17-year-old has appeared in a few Nickelodeon shows over the years and even voiced herself for the animated series The JoJo & BowBow Show Show. But that’s not all! The blonde beauty also voiced a bird in The Angry Birds 2 filmPlus, it’s no secret that since her time on Dance Moms, JoJo has totally taken over the music world. She’s released some certified bops like “Boomerang,” “D.R.E.A.M.,” “High Top Shoes,” “Nonstop” and more.

With all these successes under her belt, it’s hard to believe that the songstress even has time to keep up with her YouTube channel, but somehow JoJo finds a way to release new videos each week. She even kicked off 2020 with a seriously epic, surprise appearance on The Masked Singer. It’s really a mystery how she does it all, but what we do know is that we’re over-the-moon excited to watch the dancing queen herself take on a new starring role in Bounce.
