Despite Kim Kardashian previously saying there’s no longer a feud between her and Taylor Swift, it seems that some more drama has managed to slither into their lives.
ICYMI, the “Look What You Made Me Do” songstress took to Instagram at midnight on Saturday, April 13 to tease that something big is coming on April 26. In the days following, she’s been uploading photos to her feed, teasing fans with what we can only assume is a brand new single. See?
But not long after the 29-year-old pop star made the announcement that April 26 is the day fans need to look out for, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star announced that her KKW FRAGRANCE X KYLIE will be launching the exact same day. Uh, what?
Sure, this can be a total coincidence, but some fans of the “Delicate” singer think it’s just too strange for that to be the case. After all, Kim could’ve selected any other day for the launch, so loyal Swifties haven’t been shy about calling the 38-year-old reality star out on this ~interesting~ choice.

Well, they’re not wrong! And if we’re being totally honest, it does seem a little odd. But then again, is there really any competition between new music and a fragrance? We mean, those two things couldn’t be more different, so maybe it really is a coincidence and fans are just pitting them against each other because of their past drama.
At this point, we’re not prepared to say this was entirely intentional — especially because Kim addressed their feud on an episode of Watch What Happens Live back in January.
“I feel like we’ve all moved on,” the KKW beauty founder said of her beef with Tay.
So have they actually moved on? We guess we’ll just have to wait to find out!
