Get ready for a major walk down memory lane! It’s been over 20 years since Malcolm in the Middle first premiered on January 9, 2000 and, boy, do we feel old!

The fan-favorite series, which starred Bryan Cranston, Frankie Muniz, Christopher Masterson, Justin Berfield, Jane Kaczmarek and Erik Per Sullivan, with Hayden PanettiereCameron Monaghan and more pretty famous faces as guest stars over the years, followed a genius named Malcolm and showcased the daily antics of his extremely dysfunctional family. The show aired on FOX for seven seasons and 151 episodes until it came to its bittersweet end on May 14, 2006.

While on Dancing With the Stars in 2017, Frankie revealed that he struggled with memory loss, specifically when it comes to his time on the show.

“It’s something that I never really wanted to talk about, because I’m just me and this is my life,” the actor told People at the time. “But we were talking about Malcolm [in the Middle] and how it started, and I don’t really have memories of being on the show.”

He added, “Over the past 10 years, my mom will bring up things like trips we went on or big events and they are new stories to me. I don’t know what the cause of it is. It’s not something I looked into, I just thought it was how my brain is — so I thought it was normal. I didn’t know I should remember going to the Emmys when I was younger.”

The topic came up during the DWTS Most Memorable Year week, to which Frankie told the publication: “My most memorable year is 2017, because I learned to live in the present. I’m happy with my acting career, I’m happy with the decision I made to drive race cars and to focus on music. Even if I don’t remember it all, I’m happy.”

Since Malcolm in the Middle aired its final episode, some of its stars went on to have major acting careers while others completely stepped out of the Hollywood scene! What are they all up to now? Scroll through our gallery to find out what the cast has been doing for the past 14 years.
