Actress Sarah Hyland is getting ready to walk down the aisle with her boyfriend, Wells Adam. Now, she’s officially started selecting who will stand by her side as they exchange their vows. And one of those lucky people includes her longtime BFF Vanessa Hudgens! Yep, the Modern Family star just asked the High School Musical actress to be her bridesmaid, and she did it in the cutest way ever.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Vanessa shared a snap of a wooden box that Sarah had sent her. Wrapped in a white ribbon with a leaf on top, the “Sneaker Night” singer’s first name was was written in exquisite cursive letters in the corner.
How sweet is that?! As fans know, Sarah announced that she and her beau were engaged back in July.
“That can’t eat, can’t sleep, reach for the stars, over the fence, world series kind of stuff,” the 28-year-old wrote alongside a series of photos from the magical moment. So how did the Bachelorette alum propose? Well, it turns out, he asked the brunette beauty marry him on the beach, and boy, was it romantic. It seriously looked like it came straight out of a movie.
The lovebirds actually met through social media back in October 2017.
“Have you seen those memes of ‘Slide into the DMs?’ That. He slid into my DMs,” Sarah revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live. “I was following him. We had tweeted each other because I thought he was funny and he was a fan of the show.”
But what did Wells say when he messaged her?
“Next time I’m in LA, I’m taking you out for drinks and tacos,” he wrote.
A message that would change her life forever. After that, they quickly became couple goals — constantly hanging out, gushing over each other on social media and in interviews and sharing adorable, PDA-filled pictures to their feeds. This wedding is definitely going to be epic!
