The drama never stops when it comes to YouTube stars Tana Mongeau and Jake Paul. On Saturday February 8, the blonde beauty took to social media and seemingly addressed the rumors that her ex-husband Jake was in a new relationship with model Julia Rose.
“I just hope you’re happy,” Tana wrote on Twitter.
Fans were quick to speculate that the 21-year-old’s cryptic post was about her ex as it came just a few days after Jake posted a selfie kissing Julia on the cheek along with the caption, “bro so what.”
Neither Jake not Julia have confirmed their relationship, but fans are convinced that the social media stars are dating. Previously, a source reported that there was no bad blood Tana and Jake’s rumored new girlfriend. On February 1, 2020, Julia even posted a picture with Tana on Instagram and proved that there was no beef between the two girls.
After Tana and Jake’s breakup in January 2020, Tana revealed that she would “always have a love” for Jake, so some fans think that her tweet was just a message letting her ex know that she still cares about him.
As fans know, Jake and Tana announced that they were officially taking a break from their whirlwind romance. The couple took to Instagram and posted matching photos along with heartfelt captions that said they both needed time to focus on their own lives.
“OK, I don’t really know how to do a ‘we’re taking a break’ post and this is weird as f**k… I’m happy to still be able to sit with Jake and laugh as we do this — but for right now we both are taking a break to focus on our own very crazy lives,” Tana wrote on Instagram.
Previously, Tana gave some insight into what went wrong in their relationship on December 29, 2019 when she uploaded a video, titled “The Truth About Everything.” She claimed she and Jake were still together at the time the video was released and revealed that things had changed drastically between them after they got married.
