It’s a question every fangirl has had at one point or another: is this celebrity’s zodiac sign compatible with mine? This time, J-14 is answering this question for ARMY, a.k.a. BTS‘ fandom. Keep reading to uncover which member of BTS is your perfect match based off of astrology!
In case you’ve been out of the loop, we’ll explain the legendary K-pop band that is BTS. Including members RM, Jin, SUGA, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jung Kook, the Korean band was formed in 2013, and since then they’ve seriously taken the world by storm.
Over the years they’ve sold millions of copies of their albums, completely slayed the charts, released their very-own movie (and not to mention that a second one is coming out next week), won a ton of awards, and sold out multiple world tours. From performing at the Grammy Awards to breaking a ton of records, to even dropping their first English-language song, “Dynamite” in 2020, there’s nothing these boys can’t do!
“We are outliers,” BTS leader RM told Rolling Stone in May 2021. “And we came into the American music market and enjoyed this incredible success.”
During the same interview, Jimin got real about how the boys have changed since they were first formed.
“We were very different people that came together,” he explained. “We argued a lot in the beginning, of course, but I think now, because we have spent so much time together, I began to like even the things about the other members I used to hate. The time we spent together really made us close, like a family. No matter where I go, there is someplace that I can come back to. I’ve come to feel that way about our group.”
Since their success, the boys have been busy with their own solo careers, as they announced in June 2022 that the group would be taking a hiatus. During a livestream at the time, the K-pop sensations said they decided to take this time to pursue solo projects and learn “to be one” again. “I hope you don’t see this as a negative thing, and see it as a healthy plan,” J-Hope said. “I think BTS will become stronger that way.”
